The hotel was clean, and the staff were friendly, making check-in easy. The only downside was the noise from other rooms, which was a bit disruptive at night.

The staff were incredibly friendly and made you feel welcome. The cleanliness of the rooms could be improved; I noticed some issues with the bathroom cleanliness. Lost a star for outdated amenities, and the pillows were uncomfortable. Easy access to nearby restaurants like Panera was a plus.

The Best Western Plus Raleigh Crabtree Valley Hotel offers a lovely lobby decor and a satisfactory breakfast. The staff, especially Jacob at the front desk, were accommodating. several maintenance and service issues, such as low water pressure and cleanliness of linens, could be addressed for a better experience.

The room had a modern feel, but the vinyl flooring was a turn-off. The bed was squeaky, disrupting sleep whenever I moved. Temperature control was decent, keeping the room comfortable. Noise levels were an issue; I could hear conversations from the hallway and even the elevator dinging. While the clean, newly remodeled appearance was appreciated, the thin walls made the experience less than restful. Automatic blinds didn’t add charm, but rather felt impersonal. The broken elevator and cramped parking lot were inconvenient. the breakfast options were underwhelming; execution on the food items left much to be desired.

The family suite was spacious, which made it easy to relax and plan our college tour. Breakfast had decent options but could use a little more attention.

Some aspects of room cleaning left a bit to be desired.

The hotel is right across from Panera Bread and just a short stroll from several other restaurants, making it super convenient for late-night cravings or quick breakfasts, plus it's a quick trip to the downtown nightlife and the mall. Public parks like Laurel Hills and Shelley Lake are nearby for anyone who loves walking and fresh air, and the staff was friendly and attentive during my stay. Just a heads up, the room service could have been more thorough, but overall it was still a great experience.

Clean rooms and friendly staff. Confusing deposit policy caused issues.

Friendly staff, friendly atmosphere with a lovely full breakfast each day and a seasonal outdoor pool to relax after a day of exploring.

Absolutely nothing.

The location is close to the park, making it easy for hikes. The staff is friendly and helpful, always ready to provide tips for the trails.

It might not be the cheapest option, but the comfort makes it worth it.

The staff was incredibly helpful, providing extra towels without hesitation. Breakfast exceeded expectations, but the overall experience felt off. One elevator was broken, and cleanliness in hallways was lacking. A smoking odor permeated the premises, and issues with my friend's wheelchair parking added stress. The room wasn't cleaned on the second day, and having no remote for the TV was frustrating. Navigating the property was challenging, especially for those needing mobility assistance. Small touches, like the check-in process and friendly staff, were bright spots amidst these concerns, but improvement is definitely needed.

Great location. Self-serve breakfast was excellent—hot food, fresh fruit, and Chobani yogurt made mornings enjoyable. Recent renovations visible but lacked a polished finish. Attention to detail needed—grouting and paint drops marred an otherwise clean space. The staff was friendly, though check-in could be improved with clearer delivery options. The room was spacious, with a king bed and pull-out couch—a significant plus. the noise from the AC unit and street impacted sleep quality. Parking was cramped and insufficient. Better signage on age-related payment policies required. A recommendation—consider improving mattress quality for better support. A good stay with room for refinement.

I really appreciated the air conditioning in the room, especially during the hot summer days. The in-room desk was useful for catching up on some work emails, and the flat-screen TV provided entertainment in the evenings. there were definitely some areas that could use improvement. The coffee and tea facilities were lacking, with limited options available. I also noticed some cobwebs in the corner by the patio door, which could have been cleaned better. The maid service was inconsistent, with some days receiving full service and other days having to request fresh towels and toiletries ourselves. On a more positive note, the garden furniture outside was a nice touch, and it was pleasant to sit outside in the evenings. The refrigerator and microwave in the room were convenient for storing snacks and heating up leftovers.

There were hardly any spots out front, and the dark back area felt sketchy. It really added stress to an already long travel day, making it hard to relax once we finally got inside.

Enjoyed the fitness center, felt like a buff grandma. The hotel had some fancy stuff and was close to many places, very convenient!

I felt like I was petting a cactus with the toilet paper provided. Ouch! .

Had a lovely stay during our romantic escape. The breakfast was delicious, with plenty of options to choose from, and the housekeeping team did an excellent job keeping our room clean and tidy. The location was super convenient, close to all the attractions we wanted to visit. We especially enjoyed the cozy and comfortable beds, perfect for a relaxing night's sleep.

We did encounter a few downsides during our stay. The water pressure in the shower on the 4th floor was a bit weak, and the refrigerator in our room didn't cool our drinks as well as we would have liked.

We hit up Frankie's Fun Park and the football game at NC State’s stadium. So much fun, man! The receptionist at the front desk was chill and knew what was up. Can't wait to go back!

Yo, we needed more happening spots for late-night turn-ups near the hotel.

catching a football game at NC State's Carter Finley Stadium was a thrilling experience, perfect for sports enthusiasts like us.

My wife says that extra soundproofing is needed in rooms.

I chose Best Western Plus for its proximity to the North Carolina Museum of Art, and I was pleasantly surprised by the free WiFi and the outdoor pool. The hot buffet-style breakfast was a great way to start the day, and the hotel's location in Northwest Raleigh was perfect for exploring the area's shopping.

Very rude clerk @ check-in.

Beds were comfy, and the staff was friendly. The location close to the airport and PNC Arena was convenient. Plus, the service was top-notch, with informative and kind staff throughout.

Parking was a hassle, limited and dimly lit. Check-in was a mess, with overbooking & staff trying to give away our room.

we spent 4 nights during the Christmas holiday at Best Western Plus and were very pleased with our accommodations, the staff, and the facilities. the location is about 3 miles away from our children and grandchildren. we received a letter on Christmas Eve saying that there would be no housekeepers cleaning on Christmas day so that they could spend time with their families. when we returned Christmas night we were pleasantly surprised that our room was spotless and that we had fresh towels and more coffee! i highly recommend this facility. i liked the location of the hotel. i liked that there were restaurants and shopping centers within walking distance. i liked that the hotel was close to the airport and the family i was visiting. breakfast and the pool area were a plus as well. the staff was pleasant. great breakfast, comfortable beds, convenient location. room was very comfortable and spacious. i liked the fridge and micro. slept well on the bed.

Nothing to dislike 😊

The fitness center had good equipment for a decent workout. The pool area was well-maintained and peaceful. Basic breakfast, but satisfying. I'll recommend this hotel.
